Actually the fuzzers in LibreOffice are Caolan's work. Fuzzers for DLP
libs are in the libs themselves.

Nothing LibreOffice-specific, no. You can look at
https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz/blob/master/docs/new_project_guide.md
and bin/oss-fuzz-build .
