(As mentioned above at Comment #10.) If csongor's solution is chosen, then a separate task probably needs to be raised for an HTML section in the new preference settings page. The HTML import dialog is simpler than the CSV one because the HTML format contains more column format information, and the same will apply to its preferences section.
