The static - layout mockup - is kind of lacking the way people will interact with the dialog. Or the way UX seeing the interaction process going. The design mock-up obviously giving hints, but well this also matter of experience.. Which is the reason for me 'mocking' (posting bugs)on the current design. Not having tremendous trouble with with the position of the element of options available. Not saying it could be done differently. However my major concern is get certain things done in efficient manner. Without really counter intuitive ways of getting things done.
