The reasons to rename "Application Colors" is that:

1. If the user wants to find a section about colors, he would quicky scan the
list of setting for the word "color". And as the most of writers know, the most
important word in the heading/title should come first. That is, "Application
Colors" is simply less convenient than "Colors", that's it.

2. Also, why not "Application Paths" and "Application Fonts" then? Isn't it
better to be consistent?

The reasons to rename "Locale setting" is that the word "setting" is just
clearly superfluous:

1. The word "setting" is obvious
2. The word "setting" doesn't used for other settings, so it breaks consistency
3. Have you ever saw a software that uses the word "setting" in the setting
description? It just doesn't look/sound right (professional).
