Besides being a community project, we put freedom paramount and we allow full insights into the documents. Not to speak about standards, inclusion, education, etc. So while your statement is not wrong you should refer to specific use cases. And while LibreOffice might be seen as ugly and clumsy you will find solutions that are superior to MSO.
