Alex, is the workaround acceptable for you? If not, please elaborate a bit why
you need hyperlinks from one specific word at many occasions to one specific
chapter. Reminds me on a table of contents, which would have a "Apply to all
occurrences", or the alphabetical index generated from a concordance file.
