We discussed the topic in the design meeting.
The TAP feature is not frequently used and the use case "make it more
accessible" rather a matter of marketing than usability. Plus, the TAP toolbar
can be attached to the sidebar area out of the box - not really appealing but
functional. SO we recommend to not follow the request.
