Issue partially raised in => NAB see also bug 104798
The Tools -> Autocorrect -> Autocorrect Options... dialog 'Localized Options'
can not currently be used with more than one language at a time, the list box
of active language is inactive (and seems to take its value from current
profile option).
But continued dependency on the Tools -> Options -> Languages and Locales ->
General tab's Formats 'Locale setting:' is unwieldy and obscure UX. And the
'Ignore system input language' enhanced language support seems non-functional.
@Eyal, this seems like an issue you'd be interested in.
