Ah, it was you. I should have guessed based on the confusing writing style. We still haven't achieved clairvoyance, even here so close to Russia, so far from Japan, so please be a bit more verbose and explain what the actual problem you are seeing is. Please note that vcl "plugins" don't exist on Windows.
