I get a build break in module basic. I use cygwin on WinXp with MSVC
2008 Express.

(I hope they are still there.)
In IRC erAck guesses, that the reason might be blanks in the pathes and
missing quotes.
I'll try his advise: it _might_ help to change
solenv/gbuild/platform/windows.mk in line 360 from $(ML_EXE) to "$(ML_EXE)"
