Just to add some specific code pointers:
The window items are added to the toolbar in
ToolBarManager::CreateControllers, and removed in
ToolBarManager::RemoveControllers. It also calls the dispose method of
the (XToolbarController based) controller, which in turn calls
disposeAndClear of that window. In case of the font name box, it's in
SfxToolBoxControl::dispose.
