Thought it might be in http://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/android/Bootstrap/Makefile.shared#65, change this: echo "APP_PLATFORM := android-21" >> jni/Application.mk to this: echo "APP_PLATFORM := android-23" >> jni/Application.mk since http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=45c27ffcfd58aee86c92421af82525d873e54654
