This week I fixed a table styles import bug:

Made a basic "Styles and Formatting" Table styles tab.

It's not yet fully functional, allows only basic operations.
Added one icon for table styles tab:
icon-themes/galaxy/sw/imglst/sf06.png
Soon I will add icons to other themes.
Now I'm working on deleting, creating and modifying a table style from
table
styles tab.
