See <https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33697#c7>, the relevant configmgr UNO objects should implement css.beans.XPropertyState, but don't. I really plan to get that fixed (for quite some time now, but never came around to doing it. I'll try to give that higher priority!)
