Remove unnecessary forward declaration
...introduced with 7330776504ca2e62790f3e3e6d8f575fbad2ec54 "Build fix:
forward-
decl rtl::OUString" in parallel with
df802d0c1b0d255bc88eac279cb8a72d7570ec3a
"Build fix". The latter (introducing an #include) is necessary to also
include
the necessary using declaration.
