Well, I thought using --with-distro=LibreOfficeWin32 was the recommended way to build on Windows? Perhaps things are different now... :-/ Anyway, explicitly disabling postgresql via --disable-ext-postgresql-sdbc helped in the end. Now I can build even with mozilla entirely disabled (as before).
