depending on when a bot was taken offline to install updates, etc.
So if windows builds fail because of different vs community versions,
then configure needs to be adjusted to require that newer version and
no longer accept the older revision...
My reasoning would rather be that there should ideally be zero variance
among Jenkins builders (ideally, they would probably all use baseline
toolchains). (How would you as a developer even know that there is such
a version issue with one of your Gerrit changes if it happened to build
green on a Jenkins machine that happened to use a "too new" toolchain?)
But yeah, presumably a rare-enough scenario that we don't need to worry
about it too much.
