How to get value out of OOXMLFastContextHandlerShape in writerfilter?

Hi all,

I need some help from you. I don't know how to get a value out of 
OOXMLFastContextHandlerShape. I have uploaded the files as 
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/141223
I do not get a solution, which compiles.
The description of the problem is in a comment in
OOXMLFastContextHandler.cxx#1712 there.
