Thank you very much for the help and information regarding "xattr...", but 
(unfortunately) this did not help as expected.

For a short time I was able to persuade the "7.6 - Version alpha)" to start. 
But when I called it up again, it didn't work any more.

I noticed something here and went a different and unusual way for once. I 
completely deleted both user profiles, deleted both versions and reinstalled 
both, and .......

...see, both versions 7.5.x and the 7.6-alpha work perfectly on the MAC M1 
under the new macOS - Beta2 version.

Unfortunately, I cannot say at which point of the user profile it was, but this 
was a pragmatic solution for me.
