Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to 4218a343f54af2dc10a9648a4e9b71bb346c16de
- tdf#154214,tdf#153248 update/order sections; note global effect of
numbering
tdf#154214 reorganized the ordering of the options in the dialog,
which also resulted in some changes in some section titles.
This patch reorganizes the presentation on the help page to
correspond to the dialog, and updates the two changed section titles.
tdf#153248 notes a lack of documentation about the retroactive
change to existing captions if changes are made to the heading
numbering options. This patch adds a <note> about that.
