Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'

- tdf#121367; tdf#153876 followup to workaround <switch> behavior
For some reason, possibly related to tdf#144859,
WRITER is not included in <default>, even though it should.
Patch repeats the <embeds> found in <default> for Writer,
so that they will also appear with WRITER in help.
