Yes, but *which* statement that is depends on the underlying database engine. For example: * HSQLDB: "CHECKOPOINT DEFRAG;" will do it on the whole database * MySQL: "OPTIMIZE TABLE foo, bar, qux;" will do it on tables foo, bar and qux.
