Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'feature/cib_contract49c'
to 7356d60bbf41f801b13b64bbeef17123f5729d6e
- Move z-index rule to CSS stylesheet we control
Previously a fix was pushed to prism css file, which can
be changed by the upstream project. Instead overwrite the
rule in our files.
