Thanks for letting us know about newer Spanish dictionary release. It is OK to write a mail to libreoffice@lists.freedesktop.org, even better to file a bug in bugzilla.freedestop.org (and to assign the bug to me). I'll push this newer version into git. Please note, however, that thesaurus did not pass validation, please find the error log below. (I renamed it to th_es_ANY_v2.dat).
