Status of Jenkins lo_daily_tb_win, lo_daily_tb_win_wix Windows x86-64 builds

While the AARM64 Windows builds on tb77 ( lo_daily_tb_win_arm64 ) have 
been turning, we have been two weeks now (last build posted 23 July) 
without a nightly of x86-64 master to test, either lo_daily_tb_win OR 
lo_daily_tb_win_wix.

Console logs suggest issues with locale data and i18npool SAX parsers, 
but what do I know ;-)

Any prognosis?
