a11y: Set mnemonic-widgets in password dialog again
They were dropped in

tdf#146947 Add show/reveal toggle to "Set Password" dialog
for no apparent reason, resulting in the Orca
screen reader no longer announcing the text
of the label that describes what the entry
is for.
Example to trigger the dialog:
* start Writer
* "File" -> "Save As"
* check the "Save with Password" checkbox
* hit OK button
