That link is currently redirecting to
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/How_to_debug
There are no directory listings enabled for the symstore server,
locations not matching a symbol file will redirect to the
instructions. It is a proxied access to a storage server and there was
a hiccup causing nginx to think that the storage box/upstream was
down.

Confirm, it is working again and WinDbg again picking up symbols as
