Hi LibreOffice developers, I'm launching a vendor-neutral, Apache 2.0-licensed initiative called the OOXML Behavioral Intelligence Project — an open knowledge base for real-world OOXML behavior, automated differential testing across implementations, and AI-assisted compatibility discovery.
The project is modeled on Web Platform Tests and Wine: community-driven behavioral documentation, not another office suite. LibreOffice would be the primary beneficiary.
