Hi all,

I have now pushed new dictionaries for Norwegian (Bokmål and Nynorsk).  It has
long irritated me, whenever I do an upgrade (and forget to keep my private word
lists) that I have to add the word "noe" or "noen", which mean about something
and someone.

Thus, I tried to do something about it.  I downloaded resources under CC-BY
from the Norwegian National Library as well as some updated wordlists.  In
addition, I simply scraped and declined the lists of countries, as those were
missing from the current dictionaries.  I also added the "new word of the year"
lists from the Norwegian Language Council, which have been published about a
decade.

I did not update the affix lists or thesauri.

I have also done some testing, and they appear to look nice.  I installed
packages to Libreoffice and tested them there.

I did my best to do this in the correct way, I could not find any names for
maintainers of the Norwegian dictionaries.  I submitted the updated ones to
Gerrit.

Hope it was ok, as I honestly think this will be useful for people.  A lot of
people still use the old-school Hunspell dictionaries daily.

Mvh.
