It looks like if PDFIum is disabled (and I did disable it a while back
because of a build failure) CppunitTest_sc_pdf_export segfaults:
$ make CppunitTest_sc_pdf_export CPPUNITTRACE="gdb --args"

Couldn't find method vcl::pdf::PDFiumDocument::getPageCount
Enabling PDFIum solves the issue (and I don't get a build failure
anymore), but there's probably something to be done here, probably one of:
* fix some code to work without PDFIum
* disable the relevant tests if PDFIum is disabled
* if PDFIum is mandatory nowadays, remove the option to disable it
Or maybe I entirely miss something?
