Branch suse-3.6
This is 'suse-3.6' - the stable branch for the SUSE 3.6 release.
It will be used for the official maintenance update for SLED, openSUSE,
and Windows.
We want here all safe L3 and other important fixes.
Only safe changes are allowed.
