I was more interested in the write-up about what other big projects do
about global includes; the action item previously was:
+ write up for the mailing list (Bjoern)
+ find out how other big projects:
Mozilla, linux, etc. do this
but if we don't have that - then I suggest we just do this [ modulo any
great screaming noise ] it seems a reasonably obvious choice :-)
