Have a nasty regression in Apple OS X accessibility fdo#74121 <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=74121>
Looks to have been caused by an AOO contributed refactoring attempting to isolate VCL Window type naming from NS Window and NS View type naming.
