libffi bridge: Proof-of-concept implementation of libffi uno -> cpp bridge.
This so far replaces the x86-64 uno -> cpp, and is not complete yet, only
the
basic types are passed correctly. Structs are not, as they do not have the
right ffi typeinfo yet.
[cpp -> uno is not touched at all yet; but so far looks like that we could
get
rid of most of the platform-dependent code from bridges - not sure yet about
the trampolines, but most of the rest could go.]
