It looks like the libreoffice-kde package was temporarily disabled in Debian due to the noninstallability of KDE in Debian Sid. This change has also affected LibreOffice 1:5.0.1~rc2-0ubuntu1~wily1 in the LibreOffice Fresh PPA even though KDE is installable in Wily. Is there any chance that you might be able to revert that change in the PPA build?
