Hello. Sorry to send a mail, I don't understand where is the button in launchpad to report a bug ! I see bugs but that's all. Strange.
As I said in the title, libreoffice-kde is broken since last update in libreoffice 6.1.2~rc1 . I can't remember, but I don't know why libreoffice-kde is a transitional package with no dependencies and almost nothing inside. That's why I think the error comes from you and not from source code. Now libreoffice is ugly and I don't have kde file pickers anymore... Thanks to have read me. Mathieu
