Hello friends!

I'm Dana, the outreach coordinator at the Free Software Foundation, and
I'm currently working on gathering session proposals
<https://my.fsf.org/lp-call-for-sessions> for the FSF's annual
LibrePlanet conference <https://libreplanet.org/2020/>, which is
tentatively scheduled for spring 2020, in the greater Boston area.

I was hoping that, in addition to potentially submitting your own talk,
you would spread the word about our call for sessions to your
organization and your audience. You can get a sense of the types of
sessions we're looking for on the Call for Sessions page
<https://my.fsf.org/lp-call-for-sessions>, and the media page from last
year's conference
<https://media.libreplanet.org/u/libreplanet/tag/libreplanet-2019-video/>.

I also hope you'll share our call for sessions on your social media
accounts, and I've attached an image that you can share as well. We want
to make this year's program more exciting and more robust than ever, and
the more proposals we receive, the more options we have to create a
truly memorable and inspiring conference.

The deadline for session proposals is November 20th, 2019, at 10:00 EDT
(14:00 UTC). If you have questions about the proposal submission
process, feel free to ask me, or contact the LibrePlanet team at
[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>.

Finally, attendee registration will be opening soon, so if you don't
intend to be at the front of the room, make sure to take your spot in
the audience! You'll be able to register at
https://my.fsf.org/civicrm/event/info?reset=1&id=87.

Thank you so much for your help.

Best,

Dana
