> we have to rely on manufacturers > if we want to use electronics. Yes, we are dependent on Chinese production for now.
But notice it is the consumer who actually pays all the costs. We, the consumers *already* pay all of the costs of production and we also pay more (we pay profit). But if we, as consumers, were to pay a bit early, and use those funds to buy and build manufacturing plants that we co-own, then we could make any of the designs we like, in any size batches we need. This is a bit like "Crowd funded", but is actually "Crowd Owned". Free Production will be under our control when we finally realize the importance of accepting the risks of real co-ownership for the simple purpose of receiving *Product* as the return on that investment instead of dreaming of gouging others as 'regular' shareholders expect. When Consumers and Owners are one and the same group, then we, as co-owners, will have full control of all production, and will no longer seek scarcity, for the reward will be the Product itself. This is true Use-Value production. Sincerely, Patrick Anderson http://ImputedProduction.BlogSpot.com
