If I wanted to start a small project based on one of the many ideas that have been discussed in the last few months, where would I do this? The libreplanet wiki? Riseup? A personal server? Fsf forbid....Google docs?
I think it would be great to get moving on some of the ideas but its hard to figure out where to organize and to figure out what resources/skillsets people have. Thanks, Rudolf O.
