Drupal, GPLv2, is supposed to do this kind of thing http://drupal.org/licensing/faq/#q1 although the modules that do it have not worked well when I tried them. If somebody has succeeded in making Drupal do this well, that would be good to know. It is possible that Acquia has what you want, built on Drupal, for a fee. http://www.acquia.com/drupal-solutions/conference-organizing-distribution I have not used it. Mary-Anne
