I'd keep one of each and build virtual machines in VirtualBox OSE, for demo purposes. I even have a MacOSX VM around for testing - yes, under Trisquel 5.5! And yes, I paid for it. The "convincing" is much, much shorter when a Windows user sees he can keep his license readily available in VirtualBox, yet never hassle with dual-boot. Eventually and progressively I've seen many Windows power-users keep their license but never use it again. At some point (hardware upgrade, backup considerations) they notice they don't use it anymore, but have appreciate the "insurance' it provided - and it's gone for good. Virtual machines and their advantages are very easy to understand on a live demo rather than endless explanations.
