Hi all, I agree with that, me for (public) users I use LibreOffice which is a good gateway to bring them slowly to the use of the Libre software and the understanding of Open Standards. In my opinion the most difficult it is to disaccustom the users, the first of reluctance is related to the fear of losing benchmarks, habits, automatisms. After there is a diffuse idea (rumors spread by detractors of Libre software) that says that Libre software is a tools reserved for an elite only able to use them. :-? :-/ This was the case for the project (Munix) of the City of Munich in Germany, or users feared a loss of landmarks, but it was swept once highlighted.
