WTFPL presents an unnecessary barrier to Free Software adoption. For this
unnecessary barrior, it makes no contribution to Free Software. It excludes
people who people bound by workplace standards, living accommodations (such
as provided by educational institutions), computer use accommodations (such
as puplic terminals, which are the _only_ option for some), morals, good
taste, minors (who's FSF contributions should never be dismissed and who's
guardians cannot be ignored, legally or ethically), or even local laws. It
borders on discrimination. It should not be included in Free Software. No
FSF resources should be waisted on it.
