Not really - PCBs aren't something that can be 3D printed, at least not at the kind of scale that is needed for modern VLSI designs. Like, you *could* print a PCB, but it would be much, *much* less efficient than even a ten-year-old (or a *twenty*-year-old) piece of computer hardware.
