Hello Paul,
Thank you for spreading the word about my book.
I've already registered with PublishDrive (another service like Lulu)
and it pushed the ebook to Amazon and Apple Books. Resulting in only 4
   downloads.
The trouble is that connecting a book and its readers requires some
kind of promotion. I chose the free license for the book expecting it
to be upheld by the Free Software society. However, when I got it
finished, it became apparent that there is no such a society or that it
is disinterested in free books. People pay $20 or $50 for
well-advertised books with less content, and nobody cares.
   Best regards,
   Denys

     Hi
Would [6]https://www.lulu.com/ fit the bill here, they can print /
     send
books on demand, which may be better you still get paid for each
     copy
sold. I know they handle this for the LibreOffice Manuals.
In the mean time I am happy to put a link to the book on my blog,
     even
though I think the subject matter is a little above me.
     Just a thought,
     Paul
