To clarify: No, I didn’t walk from Oslo to Stanford and back — though that would’ve made a great endurance story! 😄 I meant that parts of the journey — like on campus at MIT, Berkeley, and Stanford — were done by foot, while the transcontinental parts were of course by plane and train during my travels in 2014/2015.
