I don't know of any "official" documents from Toshiba (Toshiba are
known to be quite secretive about the technical documentation for
their laptops), but perhaps Jonathan Buzzard's pages at
http://www.buzzard.org.uk/toshiba/
can help you. They contain source code as well as some docs with
Jonathan's findings.
