www.windowsupdate.com if you're running W98, or www.microsoft.com/ie/
to get the Japanese Language Pack. You can switch languages all day
w/o this pack, but it won't do you any good because only the optional
Pack contains the fonts you'll need.
(if you're using a funky Pivot Display monitor like I am at work,
you'll need to rotate it and rotate it back to get the fonts to display
in Japanese....)
