MSCDEX is for DOS to access your CD-ROM drive. For MSCDEX to load, you need
to load CD-ROM driver in CONFIG.SYS first and pass the info into the MSCDEX.
If your pcmcia CD-ROM drive driver also rely upon pcmcia card service (most
do), you'll need to buy a third party pcmcia DOS card service and install it
first.
