Thanks for the info, but right now I've been gently prying the keycap (this is the 
shift key, guys) and I don't see how I can safely pry it off. Ideas? How DO you take 
off these keycaps?

Also, anybody know how much micsol.com charges for a replacement KB? Or should I just 
ask them myself?
